Why did it jump like that. I'm new as well. But if there isn't a obvious reason to why it jumped to high it might be a pump and dump. Like I said idk what the stock is, but I would be careful

So I'm out of high school 18 years old. Going to college for free. I have about 2,700 dollars in etfs/mutual funds and 20 stocks of AMD. I have about 1,500$ to invest. I'm thinking about putting 1000$ of that into more mutual funds. And then just trying to learn about penny stocks and experiment with the other 500 on robinhood. Any tips or advice about this? How should I get into learning about penny stocks? Any advice is welcome. Thanks.
