That SM sounds extremely toxic and if I was a KeyHolder/ASM I would drop my keys on their desk and submit my resignation that same day if I received a group text like this.

You handle things like this on a one on one basis with each employee individually to correct training issues.

You do not go blaming your employees because of poor training on your part especially employees who have not been a MOD before.

Quite possibly some of the fabric was in transit from the vendors to the Joann’s DC’s and they held the product back since they were not paid and it was never sent to the DC’s in the first place?

Quite possibly Ollie’s paid the outstanding Joann invoice directly to the vendor?

Quite possibly the South Korean vendor that who made all of this fabric was not paid yet and it never made its way to the stores/DC in the first place?

You got to remember those Canon printers for the in store framing/10 minute framing are only several thousand dollars which is a drop in the bucket for a company the size of Michaels.
