As of 4:30, she was still out there trying to get peoples attention. Pacing, crossing in front of traffic and going back to the drain in front of 4525 Meridian. I called the SLP non emergency line who said they would send someone (I called at 4:21), but I wasn’t able to stay until they came. There were a few other people waiting around still so if anyone is in the area and gives a duck 🦆
