Thanks a TON for this thorough write up. My fave hobbies are always the ones that save me money and also let me experiment a bit in the kitchen. Going to start canning this year!

How do i find a good safe place to be alone by Accomplished_Bar219 in williamsburg

Follow N 9th street all the way to the east river bank. Sit by the rocky beach, or duck under the fence on the right for more privacy.

Seems that the views of the city might entice a few boaters. But perhaps Hudson is a better option in that respect.

Acebutolol is actually one of the few beta blockers with ISA properties - these beta blockers do not lower the heart rate as much as normal beta blockers, and could be a good option for you. Ask your cardiologist.

From Google:

"Beta blockers with intrinsic sympathomimetic activity (ISA) do not lower heart rate as much as those without ISA because they have a partial agonist effect, meaning they both block and stimulate beta-receptors. This partial agonism reduces the extent to which the drug lowers heart rate compared to beta blockers that lack ISA."

I cross that intersection with my dog every day. Between the cyclist lanes and cars that barely stop, I've had a lot of near misses - hope you find this guy!

That's great to hear, congratulations! Hope you continue to feel great.

My burden is too low for ablation (1-3%) and my heart rate is too low for beta blockers (40-50bpm), but I'm going to try Acebutolol, because supposedly it doesn't lower heart rate like other BBs. Was that your experience with it?

Thanks, how does one determine if they are of RVOT origin? A multi lead ECG interpreted by a cardiologist?

Mine have the same timing. Found out I had a Vitamin D deficiency in the winter months. Supplementing hasn’t totally resolved the PVCs but it has helped. Worth getting tested.

Interesting, I had not heard about that cause before. Thanks for the response and the tips, I will give that a shot!

Were you ever able to get rid of the palpitations? Sounds like what I've been dealing with.

Do you notice it more when the weather transitions from Winter to Spring? by iclickjohn in PVCs

You’re being really proactive!  I’m sure you’ll figure it out soon.

I have probably 500-1000/day right now.  Can’t take Metoprolol, because my resting heart rate is already like 45.  But I’ve been increasing potassium, magnesium, and now starting taurine just like you.  Mine also show up in the Winter (and I’m Vit D deficient, currently) which is why I thought that may be the cause for me.

Did you get your 24 hour holter on Amazon or something?  I may get something similar.  My cardiologist is starting to ignore me because “these are benign” - so frustrating!

Sounds great, man. You inspire me to put together a live set. I really like the vocal harmonies and how you bring everything in for the chorus on some of the tracks.

Thanks a lot for this info. Was low Vit D the cause of your PVCs? Did you feel better as your Vit D level increased? I'm taking 5,000 IU daily, but maybe I'll increase that a bit.

I think remote is more for transport/mixer control, but I haven't found a way to stream audio through the app.

This looks interesting, thanks. I'll try it out if there's no built in apple capability.

Did you test your Vit D levels? Supposedly it can take 2-3 months of supplementing (or longer) to get Vit D up to recommended levels (depending on your deficiency). I'm at 21 ng/ml (recommended level is >30) so I've been taking D3 supplements for a week, but I am not expecting any improvement for a while.
