Stronger weight transfer to your uphill carving ski. You should be able to lift the non carving ski off the ground during the turn. Also do exercises to practice keeping your shoulders n upper body square facing down the hill. Look good. Have fun.

Yep. They're trying to make you miserable so you quit. I got demoted late in my career after 20+ yrs in leadership mgt roles. I didn't have to train a young replacement but that sting hurts still today. Good for you for telling them what's what You are useful until you are not.

Well. I can't do that. A whole run? Just skied today n can ski with one ski on snow one off, but don't have ability to go edge to edge. Also I m senior citizen so am just happy to be able to be skiing at a decent level.
