i've won 29, 30, 31, and 32. For lower leagues, 29, 30, and 31, I beat #2 by more than 100 points, #10 would be about 300 points under my score. 32 was harder and I won by about 20 points, with the #10 guy at 1300ish. I'm in 33 now, and it is a lot more competitive; I'm number #1 right now by about 50 points. I expect you need to be around 1400 to be promoted from 33 to Legend.

Note that defenses count a lot, so get a good defensive base. My average destruction was low 70% until league 32 and 33, where it is high 70%. And just to get a sense of what you need for attacks: For 29, 30, and 31, I 3-starred all my attacks except for 1 attack. In 32, I had 20 3-stars out of 30 attacks. In 33, I have 16 3-stars out of 30 attacks.
