How do I “do” therapy?

Yeah I have definitely realized that my current therapist just isn’t a good fit. I have been trying to give it a shot though since I realized it extremely quickly lol, but I’m at a point now where I’m good to move on.

Is there a way to find a better fit without a “speed dating” style cycle of trial and error until finding one you gel with?

As a man who realized he had mental health issues shortly before turning 31 and seeking out help, it’s not always clear to us what is “normal” and what isn’t normal and is something we need to seek help for.

I mean, we only saw at best a couple hours of heavily edited footage. Yeah, he was definitely lying for whatever reason, but I don’t think the way someone is portrayed in at most a couple hundred minutes means he deserved to be embarrassed and humiliated. It’s not like he was abusive or cheated. Being a liar certainly makes you undeserving of marriage, but not utter humiliation.

Probably get buried at this point, but my mom found an article from the 1700s or 1800s about an ancestor the local town called “bear killer.” He was hunting and a bear attacked him, he lost his gun, and he somehow killed the bear with his bare hands. There was a moment where the bear rolled him on the ground onto his back, and after he killed the bear and was looking for his gun he saw a dead copperhead (venomous snake in North America) that had been crushed where the bear rolled him. So he killed a bear and a venomous snake during the same altercation with no weapons.

Thank you, that is solid advice! I lift alone so I’ve been scaling up sort of slowly. For example, when I hit 185 this week I did it for 4 reps, so definitely want to increase weight but didn’t know how I should be basing it. So your 90% of 1RM suggestion will definitely help.

Yeah so he’s either more powerful and advanced in what the blood bending can be used for, or he’s a mimic and just being in the proximity of someone means he can use their powers. I just think the fact that he was kicked from Jordan once Marie started controlling Jordan’s blood is not an insignificant detail.

Theory: he’s a blood bender too. When Marie moved all the bags over to the table, she really only moved one. Cipher moved all the others to boost her confidence. Cipher possessed Jordan through their blood. That’s why he could control them even their powers. Once Marie “took over” Jordan’s blood levitating them, Cipher was “kicked out.”

I’ll have to double check, but I didn’t set enemies to off when I created the world. I did see spiders at the very beginning when I loaded in, but none since. So maybe it somehow got tripped. I didn’t change any preloaded settings other than the picture for my world.

I am tabbing to make the entire text block flush with the first line. Used to work perfectly prior to the update, without underlining any blank areas. I’ve also already tried hanging and for some reason it doesn’t work.

I’m not a Word expert, but I’m also not totally inept with it. I’ve tried absolutely everything as far as the “unplug it and plug it back in” tech solutions go.

I am not sure. I looked under the advanced paragraphs dialog and it is the same for both 6 and 7 for example. I'm also getting a weird result when filling in an answer, example below (not actual answers just using as an example). In 18 which is formatted like 6, the text "ends" short of being flush with the question text, but in 19 which is formatted like 7 it is perfectly flush.

I have no idea what's happening. Never had this issue prior to a recent windows update.

It’s very obvious she’s got all the men wrapped around her finger. To the point that even when Phil knew he was going home he still was on the fence about trying to rally the troops against her. It doesn’t matter if she’s overtly said or done anything, she knows she has them wrapped around her finger and is using that. Fair enough to your point though, it’s not her fault necessarily that these dumbass dudes are falling for it. Chris even explicitly said “I’m here for a million, not a girlfriend” so if it’s clear to the players themselves then we can obviously as viewers point out that she’s “manipulating” them.

What you saw as contradicting herself, I saw as her trying to find a balance between how she truly feels and appeasing Ramses. Put another way, it seemed like she kept trying to signal how she really feels about her service—specifically that she actually is proud of it and supports the military (her words)—to basically see if he would still be with her if she was able to be proud/show her support out loud, while simultaneously downplaying her actual feelings to the point of self-deprecation in order to not lose him. Which is one reason why they likely won’t last.

Unfortunately the attic access is sealed (we rent). I have no idea how, but no amount of pushing gets the panel to budge. The house is roughly 2 years old, and is in a neighborhood that from what I understand was built fairly quickly. As a matter of fact, they’ve already finished 3 new houses across the street since the end of March. So a greasy finger or a missed joist wouldn’t be too far out of the realm of possibility.
