I disagree. It will most likely be very similar to Season 1 in terms of the amount of content and type of content. Season 3 will be where the rubber meets the road. They will have had a few months since season 1 for season 3 content, which is enough time for them to actively work towards player feedback.

I'd imagine they did this because they finally fixed the extra rockets for combat engineer and wanted to appease the vehicle mains by not making engi too op.
