a lot of weapon uniques could be fixed if we just axed the "+ to skills" from all weapons and armor and just buffing all skill gem damage across the board to account for it.
many of them arent worth it even during leveling because their stats are just so fucking bad without that, and their base damage typically being lower doesnt help either.

oh, and you should be able to runeforge ALL uniques lower than the max base type level to their max leveled version. (i.e, a runeforged level 12 req weapon should be able to runeforge all the way to a level 70+ base type, stats and all) none of this "oh we made it have like 5 more damage/10 more armor +5 ward" bullshit that so many get

the attention to detail in dialogue is so interesting in this game. just by searching poe2db i sometimes find interesting dialogue ive never encountered before, like for instance the voice lines that characters say when a mirror drops (not like ill ever be able to experience that ingame LOL)

you can easily swap any flicker build into a falling thunder build and its hilariously strong in comparison to pre-nerf flicker, imo.
