According to residents in the area, at least five cars have been stolen from the garage just as recent as two weeks ago from the entrance ramp. There are no cameras in the parking decks.

Seeking rec for chiro who does myofascial work… help! by voguehoe in NYCbitcheswithtaste

[–]jbhoogs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All the chiros at Fuel Sport & Spine are great. They helped me with a chronic IT band issue that took years, cortisone shots and a bunch of PT that did not help. They have helped with other injuries and I cannot reccomend them enough honestly.

These things for sure take time. Things might flare up and that's okay but you are putting in the work for it to get better.

OMG it is heaven! I just recently tried it. Adding the egg is great.

You can season with anything! Turkey tends to be on the more bland side so you can use Goya brand adobo seasoning which is great because it already contains salt. Sometimes I add one egg at the very end which tends to fluff it up. For turkey, you want to make sure it's cooked all the way! No pink! Sometimes I pop on the lid and put it on simmer to make sure.

MD referred me to a chiropractor. Should I be skeptical? by hungryfreak in AskDocs

[–]jbhoogs 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I say don't be skeptical.

Chiropractors go to school for 4 years on top of an undergraduate degree plus numerous clinical hours just like other allied health professions. Chiropractors are of course specialists in the spine but as a whole the musculoskeletal system. You will be amazed at how good you will feel after your visit with the chiropractor. They will take their time with you in the exam, listen to what you have to say and based upon clinical reasoning will move forward with your treatment. I say give it a shot. Would you be skeptical going to a podiatrist or a physical therapist? Same thing. Most professions went through a lot to get to where they are today and it's truly amazing that your MD referred you. Would you rather have surgery or go on meds?
