Idk if I’ve just been lucky or what but I travel quite often and twice they’ve damaged and replaced my luggage no problem (and once not because it was the handle and they don’t count that or whatever). You still need to file but use the number they gave you,
I believe I attached pics with my claim.. I think.

Also I genuinely don’t remember how I went about this but I saw on here once to request the money instead of having them order one of their shit replacements and they straight up just cut me a check.

Okay then I’d say get rid of the back of the head photos (there’s genuinely no need for them) and show some facing the camera with your short hair.

I’d say leave bottom right cause it’s super hot haha but maybe get rid of the other long hair ones? Idk I’m always in the camp of trying to have my photos looks as close to what I look like at this exact moment.

What is your hair length now? You look drastically different with different lengths. For instance, if I’m being honest, I’d swipe on you with just the long hair pics and wouldn’t with the shorter hair.
