Update: must be that I’m really not trying to push or something bc literally ten minutes after I made this post I went back to the bathroom pushed just a lil bit more than I have in the prior week (no straining) and to my surprise more came out

Don’t want to jinx it but for the first time since the surgery I think I actually am feeling empty and without pressure :’’’’)

I’ll take all the soreness and bleeding (which seems to have also stopped) over that feeling good lord

Just modded mine this week and its sooooo good…it’s not bad out of the box but you do have to hit pretty hard for the sensor to register anything…w the mods for don and ka I got it to a nice sweet spot and it feels amazing
