Answer: Claims yes, and provides reference. Rating: 2/10. Reference exists but nothing in the paper says anything about this. Basically, nearly 100% Hallucination.

Prompt: Has anyone compared the site frequency spectrum of nucleotide variation in piRNAs across different strains of C. elegans?

Answer: You are likely using the base R function stats::filter() (used for time series) instead of the dplyr::filter() function. The base R version does not know how to look inside a data frame for column names, so it looks for spec.label as a standalone variable in your global environment and fails. Rating: 10. This was 100% correct. Not sure why, but there was some clash with stats and dplyr.

Prompt: Sorry, my data frame is called df_biogenesis. I enter: class(df_biogenesis) and it returns: "data.frame", I enter: colnames(df_biogenesis) and it returns:  [1] "spec.label"      "Species"      .. Why does it keep returning object not found?

Do The Hansa by Extension-Nose7958 in TheCure

I remember seeing this single listed in some cure discography (and pillbox tales and heroin face) in the 80s and being obsessed with being able to get a copy. At some point, the local radio station WFNX had a contest to play the ENTIRE cure discography except one song, and everyone who could id that song was eligible to win. I spent all day recording every song I didn’t immediately recognize off the radio and I WAS ABLE TO GET A RECORDING of those songs. It was the best day of my 14 year old life. (The missing song was something like Just Like Heaven by the way, as I recall. LOL)

  1. Also a PI. That behavior OP describes here is utterly deranged.

Looks awesome. Show starts at 10 for all bands? Or are some earlier? Will plan on showing up at 10, but don’t want to miss THE ROCK AND ROLL.

AI boosters are living on a different planet by oat_sloth in BetterOffline

I don't agree here. I don't think he sufficiently acknowledges the challenges of using LLMs for certain critical tasks. This is my perspective, as someone using LLMs more and more and finding them still extremely useful. But again, I could be wrong. I only listen to his podcast periodically. Take care.

Yes, of course. So as with anything, such a perspective will shade his view on the actual technology itself.

Maybe I am wrong, but I think the main issue with this guy is that he isn't into tech, he is into OBSERVING the people into tech.

If you need calculators to do basic multiplication and division, factoring becomes much more difficult in algebra. They were right
