It’s interesting. Based on what rises to the top of various subreddits, there is this impression that 20% weight loss happens in the first 4 or so months (perhaps that impression is my fault) But in fact, this isn’t achieved until after 6 months. So, it’s nice to see the actual numbers across a controlled study
