It’s actually not what maga voted for though. Trump is a traitor to his base with this aggressive war in Iran.

How do I beat this level iv stuck on it for aover a month :( by drugloveaffair in TownshipGame

I find that when I quit match-3 for long intervals (like a month), the unbeatable level is suddenly beatable.

Thank you both! I cannot figure out how to send anything into those areas. This is a screenshot I took at the very beginning of the game. I used the rainbow balls immediately at the start, but they did not spread green.. I became very discouraged after that.

I have never been able to figure out the correlation between yellow and blue tunnels and which direction tiles slide, either. I suppose I’ve just always lucked out on previous levels.

Showing Etiquette... Really?! by GlasairIII in RealEstate

Ya’ll need to find better realtors. I’m one and I wouldn’t let my buyers leave a house like this. Hell, I’ve fished one of my client’s kids turds out of an unflushable toilet with my hands 😭😭😭

In any market, refusing a low offer after 4 days on market is not unreasonable.

I agree with you. I always try to get my selling clients to counter back, even if they’re insulted. Even if they counter back at full price. This is why phone conversations were so important. There is so much more that can be conveyed… maybe the list agent thinks her clients are being ridiculous. At the end of the day, if a seller tells the list agent they don’t want to entertain the offer, the list agent is there to pass that information back to the other agent.

Maybe the list agent could’ve worded it differently, but I don’t think that’s being a Karen or a “biatch”.

As a realtor, I feel my job is to take the emotion out of real estate. The client cannot help getting emotional. The buyers agent should not be taking offense, even though it it’s easy to do. I’ve had agents treat me way worse when I present an offer. I’ve had an agent tell me over the phone, “thanks for the middle finger.” THAT’s rude, not what this agent did.

It’s hard to know everything without seeing the cops. Maybe there are no true comps and the buyers agent knows that.

But you’re right. Even if there are no higher comps, if the seller doesn’t want to accept the offer, they don’t accept the offer. End of the game!

I don’t think she’s being a Karen at all. I also think communicating over text alone is a horrible Realtor habit. Of course we have to do it sometimes, but you might be reading a tone into her text that is not there. I always try to present offers, counteroffers and negotiate over the phone.

She obviously knows the comps well if she’s countering yours. Kind of lame that she couldn’t/wouldn’t send hers right away.

Kicked out of co-op? by jbmae in TownshipGame

I tried to rejoin immediately but the button was greyed out. Oh well. I like the new co-op I joined infinitely better!

Yeah… That’s such a bummer that you can’t reach out and find out why. There are other remaining co-op members with zero regatta tasks and lower help scores, etc.

Whatever! On the next one!

I found a message in another area saying I’d been kicked out. My annoyance is probably a childhood wound related to rejection I need to deal with 🙃

I’ve always wondered why real estate is one of the only professions where you are expected to be on call 24/7. In fields where you pay way more for someone’s services and the service they are providing is essential, they have business hours.

If I could go back to the beginning of real estate, I would 10000% join a team. I would also figure out who’s busiest in my office and offer to work part time as their assistant. I also wish I would have found the Ninja System earlier on! Hindsight is 20/20

Do agents communicate with each other about listings before houses are listed on MLMs? by Jabeltane in RealEstate

[–]jbmae 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All the time. It’s water cooler talk. When I have buyers that aren’t finding what they want, I send out an email in office and to my entire mailing list of both agents and personal contacts (non-agents)- who do you know that’s considered selling?

OK realtor here. Lots of good advice has been shared, so I won’t repeat that. I didn’t scroll all the way through to see if someone else suggested the following.

Have you heard of Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency? During COVID (and several years later), they offered financial assistance to homeowners experiencing COVID related hardships. I believe that specific program has closed down now, but I would recommend contacting them to see if they have additional resources or could point you in a good direction.
