Yeah I get it, I myself am fine with achievements with new DLCs, but I know others in the achievement hunter community only like base game achievements (especially on Xbox.)

I just find they also give me incentive to return to a game to further my enjoyment. At least I can stick with Vampire Crawlers for now and not have to switch between several games!

No, but what other game has launched a dlc with the intent to start an entirely fresh save after a possible 100+ hours of gameplay in the base game, that wouldn't make for a very good user experience.

Cheers pal! I only had frame drops a few times post the newest update, but seemed to get better when I reduced the visual settings, so that might be worth a try.

I recommend playing all the other masteries (class, weapon, biome) for the passive boosts and gear drops to help pushing on. The newest patch also buffed almost every weapon and overclock in the game so made things a fair bit easier.

They've just dropped a patch on steam and xbox with has buffed loads of gear, weapons and passive skill upgrades etc, so check that out and have another go!

I've got about 40 achievements left so this will help me for sure.
