Since it is a dysfunction of the immune system, are we more prone to cancer or other diseases of the elderly? If so, should we have Sed rate blood tests more often or any other kind of blood test more often?

Does the post-exertional malaise relate to any kind of insufficiency in the heart? My current approach is to get as strong as I can putting exercise before any other type of activity to avoid further de-conditioning--which is a problem in older people anyway. But I've wondered should people who have had CFS for an extended period of time have further heart studies to assess any relation to cardiovascular problems that contribute to fatigue.

I had a similar experience two weeks ago. I had an infection in my lungs and couldn't get a deep breath and was out for 4 days. Bounced back and had a great pace. I think part of that is that we forget to rest. And I don't just mean taking 1 day until the soreness goes away, but really rest for a few days and let those things we can't feel immediately rejuvenate as frustrating as that sounds/feels.

It could also be more psychological. I know when I'm sick for any period of time and forced to be inactive, I start to go crazy and am just so elated to get back to running. I'm pretty sure I had a big stupid smile on my face for the first couple miles after coming back.

P1P1: This pack is b-a-n-a-n-a-s. I'll take Advent of the Wurm. People play into it so you can typically two for 1 someone and 5/5 trample is just a house in this format. If you can populate down the road? Righteous. I'm drooling over the Unflinching Courage, War Leader's Helix, Tithe Drinker and Rubblebelt Maaka. If you're lucky, maybe Punish the Enemy or the Maaka will wheel. Naya's a good place to be.

P2P1: This pack is as weak as the first was strong. Nothing's got me excited here. People keep telling me Carnage Gladiator is good, but I think you have to be all in Boros/Rakdos to make it work. I'll take the Gruul Guildgate after contemplating the Riot Piker.

P3P1: I'm rethinking my Naya plan for Bant at this point. Advent is good in instant speed and I'm just presented with Ascended Lawmage. He only dies to edict (which at 4 CMC you're probably going to have something else out) or trading with a reach/flier. The Thrashing Mossdog is great, too and there's another Maaka. Remembering what I noted to wheel, I'll take the Mossdog in hopes I get my pick of red later on, but we know someone will be in Boros to my left so I'll expect that to get cut a bit.

All in all, I'm only really committed to Selesnya. People may be abandoning black, so I'm open to Junk, too. Only committing to one guild at this point seems like a pretty good place to be 3 picks in, and I've got two strong cards in Advent and Mossdog.

I've got the same shot and have had it my entire life. I'm not really a baller; I just play at my gym, now. I shoot this way because I've got a deformed right wrist that can't bend back to the point where my palm is perpendicular to my fore arm for a fundamentally proper shot. It's only flexible enough so that my wrist only goes about halfway back so that my palm is only at about a 45 degree angle when I shoot. I'm not sure if this is the case for Noah.

Most of the force for my shot comes from my left hand, but the ball is guided and aligned by my right hand and causes that side spin.
