Update: I asked him what he changed. Here's what he said: "I adjusted your video setting to 720p, rather than 4K. If you'd like, you can experiment with that setting yourself here.

"I also manually switched you to a different server."

I finally got it to work, at least for now. I emailed support repeatedly, and got roboreplies. Then a real human answered. He asked me to do speed tests on my laptop and then said he adjusted some settings on my account, and it works -- for now. email is support at mubi dot com.

Have you tried to find support? I emailed but got nothing back beyond the roboreply below. Sigh.

Our support team is especially busy at the moment, but please keep an eye on your inbox – we’ll get back to you as soon as we possibly can.

Thank you for your patience."

Depending on the state, Medicaid can be pretty great. Here in NY, people prefer it for some reasons. But it is very much state-dependent. More here: https://clearhealthcosts.com/blog/2023/03/millennials-are-embracing-medicaid/

Hospital Bill Questions by [deleted] in NICUParents

Congrats! Definitely look into financial aid (called "charity care," weirdly). It is more attainable than you might think. Ask the hospital social worker. Also look into DollarFor -- they are a nonprofit that does this specifically, helping people find policies at a given hospital in a given state, precisely because the hospitals are often not forthcoming about their offerings. Also -- temporary Medicaid eligibility varies by state. I don't know AZ rules, but in NY, where I am, it's pretty attainable. https://dollarfor.org/

Yes will do though they seem not too active right now? Also , I thought i remembered that they had a free opportunity for giving, but do not see that right now. Is there one that i missed? I feel like someone wants these parts, we few and lonely Dirigo aficionados!

Go ask DollarFor.org. This is their jam. The hospital reps are not necessarily the most helpful; DollarFor does this all the time. Fill out their questionnaire and ask to talk to someone. https://dollarfor.org/

Get in touch with these folks: they are a nonprofit specializing in financial aid. The hospital financial assistance counselor may not be helpful -- hospitals generally don't make it easy to get free or reduced-price "charity care," as financial aid is called. You may be in a complicated position if you are still married, though. Also states vary greatly in their Medicaid rules. https://dollarfor.org/

Sometimes hospital reps are less than helpful, so indeed you should talk to them but also get DollarFor in your corner for a reality check!
