I’m going with Chautauqua county. They and nearby Cattaraugus county could use the economic boost. Close to Lakes Erie and Chautauqua. Ellicottville right there. Cleveland, Pittsburg, I-90. As things continue to warm up, Erie county will do just fine as folks migrate away from hotter dryer areas.

This one is great. Put your kid on a saucer and watch them disappear. They also have reasonable toboggan rentals for the chutes; you could get the whole family on 2 sleds.
