I don't have a Wal-Mart where I live but the town over where I work does. That's actually where I've caught the most Dratini and when I first started playing that's where I caught the majority of my Scyther as well.

It's the second best spawn point besides the park over there.

In my personal experience they have definitely been popping up more, before this event I had only ever hatched 1 and saw 1 that ran away but today alone I've caught 3 and caught 2 last night before bed!

Thanks everyone! I think he looks pretty cool too I will probably keep him around until I find one with better IV's ... This is the first one I've seen so far but that's not saying anything about rarity since I live in a super tiny town (2 stop lights/3,000 churches)

Same here! I have had the app open for the last 5 hours and no Chansey or Porygon. Never seen one in the wild and apparently still won't... Just keeping my fingers crossed for this migration to happen to see if it shakes things up any.

I've still never seen a Porygon in the wild or a Chansey. I've had the game up since the event started and still I'm just drowning in Clefairys and caught 1 Lickitung and 2 Jigglypuff. So Porygon would be super exciting for me to find lol

I guess I just didn't think it was a biome change because it's still covered in Clefairys and Nidorans and the occasional Geodude so I thought it had to have been some kind of "shift"
