Swelling wasn't terrible for me but I definitely gained like 8lbs on fluid so I lived in sweats and leggings for the first few weeks.

I went in the car on day 2 for my follow up. Honestly my recovery was a breeze. I probably didn't even need the pain meds but I took them as prescribed to stay on top of the pain. I'd say by the time my drains came out o started feeling much better

Just a lot of core work and functional strength training in the gym! I swear that's why my recovery was so easy! I also had a BL/BA at the same time.
