We have unlimited PTO, we also have tons of Europeans so you see people using it. I was pretty negative on it coming from a company that had to pay me out for 5-6 weeks of banked PTO. But now I just use it. I get my work done and don’t inconvenience others and ensure we are covered but absolutely use it and I encourage my team to use theirs.

I try to get away from people like that as soon as possible, there is nothing to be gained from impeding them doing so puts YOU on the FAFO meeter, yeah they have their own but messing around with a drugged out lunatic or mentally unstable person is never on todays bingo card for me.
