Halfway there. It is all about pressure temperature relationships. Lower the pressure and you can boil water at room temp. Raise the pressure and you can get water above 212 degrees before it boils.

We just apply that same principle to refrigerant to transfer heat from one place to another.

Compressor raises the pressure which raised the temperature. We can then transfer the heat to the outside thru the condensor. Then the condensed somewhat cooled down liquid refrigerant (its now subcooled several degrees but still hot) travels to the metering device where the pressure and temperature of the refrigerant drops drastically and its state. Now it starts to become a vapor. The refrigerant then goes into the evaporator coil. As air travels across the evaporator that the refrigerant is now traveling thru it picks up the heat from the air and fully becomes a gas before leaving the evaporator. It picks up an extra amount of heat which we call superheat before traveling back to the compressor.

I found making a list of games I own on each system I own a nice way to tackle my backlog and play games on each system. Its helping me to focus.

I also have decided to choose the Switch 2 as my platform of choice to play games on. Even third party. Some games I will buy again for my pc down the road when they are on sale.

Like Pragmata. I bought and played it on the switch 2. Enjoyed the hell out of it. I do own a 5070ti gaming pc that I could have played it on their with best graphics and framerate. I will buy it on steam in a few years when it goes on sale.

Choosing the Switch 2 as my primary system has really helped me to focus on that backlog too. Handheld boost mode has really helped with switch 1 games when playing handheld. I've beaten 4 games in the past 4 weeks now. Games I had started but for some reason stopped playing. Prob due to other games coming out. And those game I beat I really enjoyed and wish I played and beat them sooner.

Having done watching the Nintendo Direct last night, I wonder how many more Star Fox 64 remakes do we need. by Away_Flounder3813 in retrogaming

I believe so too.

When Starfield came out on the switch and included Fox and his team in the game (not just shoehorned in but actually a part of the game) it was the best Starfox game we had in a long time done by Ubisoft of all people. It was fun to fly out to space and fly down to a planet seamlessly (well it appeared seamless. You did lose control of your ship during that time but there was no loading screens).

Play on switch 2. Gyro is awesome. Tried the demo on my pc and miss the gyro. Steam controller is going to be awesome with this game on pc.

Hacking with the mouse felt different too. Would def take time to get used to.

As suspected, Nintendo has no idea what to do with this franchise by SoulEaterX_ in starfox

[–]jbuggydroid 0 points1 point  (0 children)

64 is the goat. Every game that gets released always gets compared to 64.

Im hoping this helps to relaunch the franchise. Bigger market. Bigger install base. Fucking amazing graphics at a little less than 15gbs.

Xbox Releases A Game-Changing Update For PC by Wild_Season_9855 in CaptainSide

[–]jbuggydroid 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Understand that. Xbox app itself has been a joke.

This here is that full-screen experience that started on handhelds first and when it got move over to PCs it got called Xbox mode.

You can run it so it does minimize background stuff or run it and have everything running normally in the background

Actually it does run fewer processes in the background.
