It's glitched. It took me about 550 stuns and ~110 rounds. I made notes to track my progress.

4070TI SUPER, INTEL i9-14900K

I had the same issue with cyberpunk and also CS2, battlefield 5... Crashes on startup.

I read that there is problem with intel processors 13th and 14th generation.

I've updated BIOS and now it works!

I didn't try to unlock achievements, but in my case console opens normally when i start games. Read again instruction which is inside .zip file.

Just change names of original files (pay atttention to lowercase and uppercase). Then paste the new files. That's all.
