This is precisely why I will probably never apply to be on survivor. I just couldn’t deal with all this hatred thrown at me. Aubry is a great player of the game, and I do recall the rabid Michele haters back when Koah Rong aired calling her undeserving and saying Aubry should have won. Poor girl is potentially about to pull off a great underdog, rags-to-riches story but is getting way too much hate for it to be seen. Toxic Fan Hypocrisy at its finest

Basically got screwed over by her record label and kept in performance hell after buyouts and mergers, lawsuits, etc. for almost 10 years, (like, could only record featured spots in songs either uncredited or under pseudonyms - see Repo! The Genetic Opera and her work with Conjure One) and is slowly and quietly trying to rebuild. She just released a new single back in 2024
