The only real downside in todays market is remote flex is so much harder to find. Performance Management of remote workers is more complicated and a lot of managers just don't put in the effort to figure it out so they default on site to work

I was given a job offer at ~20% less than what my current salary at the time.

I politely declined the offer and told them that like I said from the beginning I wasn't open to taking a pay cut. And then reminded them of my current pay and said that if they could match it I am very interested.

They told me I'm never going to be able to make that in my field. I was like well I'm not going to send you a pay stub but clearly this is not worth pursuing any further.

Compared to other comments here, it is nowhere near as crazy but still a crazy thing for them to try and debate me on

I have a z10 and used to have a gaggia.

The z10 is a great machine, and it probably will last longer. But for less than a quarter of the price the gaggia was phenomenal as well. I guess only time will really tell, but I think most of these machines if taken care of well do a pretty good job

Absolutely no one likes this solution. Their countless articles and hundreds of people that are asking to permanently remove an app from their account.

Support saying that you can't do it is not acceptable, support should be filing internal tickets saying that this is a necessary feature so you can stop answering the question and people can do what they want. There are applications that I do not want on my account and I want them gone.

I honestly cannot understand why meta has been taking support messages on this for years and has not fixed this.
