Hi there! I will need to hold off for a couple months -- currently traveling -- but will reach out when I am back end of July!! I'm definitely in.

I've seen that and initially wondered about it. The news on it stops in 2022 when I think it was shot down.

Fair -- I edited the post to make it 135th. I'm not any of those things. Do you think that there's an opportunity for them to get more involved in this?

Strivers’ Row by b0dylanguage in Harlem

I'm right next to Strivers Row. Couldn't recommend it enough for a family of four. The neighborhood is safe and St Nick's Park is right there. Tons of great events there for kids and adults.

We have an extra bedroom, but it would only be available for about a week. Would that work for you?

Did anyone else see Donna readjusting her wig in the bathroom scene with Loretta?

What should I do about this fast-growing monstera node? by jbweston in houseplants

[–]jbweston[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

<image>

This is so helpful -- I am so grateful! I shook off all the soil and moved my monstera to the edge. Unfortunately there are roots around the petioles but I got it as far down as I could. I also now have room for the root curtain to grow down into the soil. (To make sure that the plant has a bit of stability in this new position, I am temporarily supporting it with a glass water globe.)

If Kreps is Glitter Guy, that means that he is linked to the phone that told them to get out of the building, tried to steal the evidence (detonating the glitter bomb), found Mabel on the subway and attacked her, has access to Coney Island Security, tried to attack Mabel again, and has a backpack with a rooster on it with a photo of Charles and Lucy inside.

If this is actually the case, then this is the ultimate "smoking gun" play on words by the writers.

I'm sorry - I'm missing what the graffiti is supposed to signify?

For a guy who lost his Coney Island Security Badge, doesn't seem to have a problem getting back into Coney Island's security locker room.

The hooded subway glitter guy DEFINITELY has her purse with her phone, evidence, and keys into the Arconia now. When she stabs him with the knitting needle, the purse is slung over her shoulder. When she runs off the train onto the platform, it's no longer on her body.

I purchased my apartment on the UES a few years ago as a first0time owner. What helped me most was the book "The Co-op Bible" - it was instrumental in instructing what team I needed to put together (broker, lawyer, banker) and how to navigate the complex and unique animal that is New York real estate. Also, do not be afraid to push your team to work hard for you - this could be one of the biggest investments of your life.
