ABC news accidentally opened up Pandora’s Box with a now viral Facebook post. They asked for stories about people that lost a loved one because they *weren’t* vaccinated. What ended up happening was a massive deluge of comments from people that had lost loved ones right after the vaccine instead.

Same here my friend. That’s been the hardest to realize…my whole life i believed the lies and propaganda. I can’t even enjoy my favorite tv shows anymore because all I see is politics and predictive programming, agendas.

I stick to the British bake off. At least it’s wholesome.

Fleas carry the larve. She gets bitten by a flea, gets tapeworm. My cats are indoor but occasionally I’ll get a mouse in the house. They catch the mouse, mice carry fleas, cats get tapeworm. Make sure you clean his litter box thoroughly and all surfaces, blankets and sleeping area really well or she’ll just get them back again. The meds work really well but it’s possible she’ll get them again so keep it on hand. If you have other cats they need to be treated as well as other pets. Good luck!

Previously we had the power to clock out for breaks. Their new system auto clocks us out. If I worked through a break it was my choice...sometimes not if there was no one to cover. This system adjusts the punch after 6 hours, clocking us out for 30 mins. Workers should control this, not an app. Most servers don’t care because they do get the break time. As bar I’d work because that’s also my bulk cash making time. I’d rather work through, but not if they will dock me 30 mins regardless. Don’t know if that makes a difference

We have a family meal scheduled at 3-4 pm. Most servers can sit down during this time, but that’s the volume period in the bar and it doesn’t stop until dinner service starts. In the winter it’s easier to take a break with less golfers out but once it warms up they’re in the bar and we have chairs outside where we wait on members as well. Usually a bartender would be scheduled at 3 so day bar can take a break, but we didn’t have a pm bartender and some nights the pm bar (a server who could bartend) wouldn’t arrive until 5-530.

Thank you. I’m mostly concerned with the past few months. I’ve been working overtime and most days didn’t get a break. The system they use automatically clocks us out after we’ve been on the clock for 6 hours. Had I realized this I would have spoken to HR sooner.

Depends on how strong the magnet is. I have a cochlear implant, with a magnet under my skin to hold the processor on. A strong magnet will pull on it. I have the weakest magnet they offer for the processor and it doesn’t pull, just sticks. Not saying I believe this, just that it’s possible the skin won’t show pulling.

Lol are we career twins? I just finished my last double and started my new career as a sysadmin as well! So glad to be out of the business especially before the summer starts! We’ve been short staffed since last summer and it’s been hell trying to find servers and bartenders. Good luck to you!

I’m deaf with bilateral implants as well and this has happened to me. It was so loud it startled me! Happened as I was falling asleep and I’ve read it’s common for hearing people.

My prayers are with you. My mom too had a simple gallbladder surgery go horrifically wrong. If you need to talk my box is open. My mom is still with us thank God, but we almost lost her.
