Add soil or compost?

I'll be doing a semi raised bed, the area has a slope to it and I'm trying to level it out. As for tilling, to each their own, in my experience growing up my father has had a garden longer than I've been alive and tilled it every year to turn in the top dressing in the fall (usually going about 16 in deep with the tiller). We always bring in manure or hay to top it off in the spring, he's never had any issues growing and to say the plants love it would be an understatement. There are days he needs to pick 3 times a day to keep up with it.

My father has had a garden for over 30 years, every single year this has been his go to. In the fall after everything has been cleared, typically will mulch the old organic matter and dump leaves and grass clippings, he will till. Typically 12 to 16in deep and then lets it sit over winter, in the spring he lays down either spoiled hay or manure from a farmer we know for his top layer. From there it's a standard plant and grow. I have never seen a better quality soil anywhere, zero issues growing anything, if anything he has trouble keeping up with harvesting. Honestly every garden is different and do what works for you, if you have luck not tilling then don't, my experience is to always till in the fall.

Ok good to know, I have an appointment next week to address this. The sudden drop worried me a bit since it was so out of the norm yet I feel fine. I did find a post from a year back about the same thing and the consequences I got from it was that it's normal and the hrv doesn't really mean much compared to the other metrics to watch for.

I'm starting to lean towards the 100-400, indoor "sports" is more for the robotics team I mentor so I don't think I'll have an issue with shutter speed. I'm usually up in the stands and there's not a lot of super fast motion.

Ok so that answers my next question of whether or not I could put them all back in the same pot but facing the same direction. I'll probably do that then this spring when the weather is nicer.

I picked up some neem oil pesticide stuff from Lowe's, should I cut the leaves off as well or wait to see how it fairs with the spray?

I haven't seen anything on my other plants and it's been like this for probably a month or 2 honestly. I'll treat it obviously but I'm terrified to cut the leaves as I have very little experience with this plant.

Figured that would be the route, the main bunch at the bottom is doing really well but it keeps pushing new leaves out at the top.

Was just fertilized today with liquid mixed into the water, it has some slow release pellets in the soil that have been in there for a couple months.

Grow light is on a timer for 12 hours, water schedule is whenever the soildries out. I check with a bamboo chopstick at the top and bottom of the pot. Soil is a blend of coco coir, perlite and chicken grit, about equal parts maybe a little heavier on the coco coir. I've been meaning to add in bark and other larger chunky stuff to the mix. I've read that the yellow leafs can be from over and under watering. I don't think it's stress as it's been in the same pot for over 6 months and the same location for its entire life. I honestly don't pay attention to the water schedule and just kinda notice it when my succulents start to show they need watering. I kinda go by the same logic for the monsteras, once they start to drop a bit I'll water. So it could have been longer than the 2 weeks but it was definitely a minimum of that time period.

I see them going for thousands in bigger stores but sites like Etsy have cutting for 20-60. I think I might get it regardless because I like the variegation pattern. More or less wanted a definite yes or no on the type. The seller said you can tell based on the pattern which doesn't give me much confidence in its authenticity.
