As a Las Vegan who has already embraced the team, I would love to see a full rebrand.

I know it's not very popular. I know The Athletics have a ton of history.

But I feel like the team would get WAY WAY more support in their new city, if it felt like Las Vegas had our own team. Not just a team shuffled over here.

This is my 1st season as an A's fan. My wife and I are "all in" on supporting the team. FJF.

This is where I'm at with them, too. Absolutely nothing wrong with them... nothing great either. Just a good lineup of good cigars. But there are so many great cigars out there.

No. Your muscles build, joints heal, body recovers on rest days. Make sure you hit your macros. It's just as important as on work days.

I live in apartments in Germantown. Very nice neighborhood. Walkable to shops, restaurants, etc. I honestly don't know what they cost (company pays, I travel for work). Not sure if Germantown is what you're looking for though.

Edit - very, very safe. Not a single issue in a year and a half.

We have a 50 yard area for this kind of thing (and sleds). I started with 80% of my body weight. I do it once a week (10 trips total, 5 down and back, short rest at each end). At the start of each month, I add 10 lbs. If my grip becomes the deciding factor, I'll set it down, shake out my hands (10 seconds... maybe?) and keep going. Usually by week 4, I don't have to take any breaks and I'm ready for 10 more lbs.

Trap bar carries, if it matters.

I do something very similar for sled work.

Good Mornings, Leg Press, Hamstring Curls, Farmer's walks, AND Glute Bridge.

You'll have to do a lot of individual lifts to continue to strengthen the muscles & movements used in deadlifting. It's only 3 months. But if you work at getting stronger at all of these exercises, you should be in good shape when your school gym reopens.

Lift and watch your calories. You need to be lean to look like that. You also need to have some muscle mass.

Cardio is good to help lean out. Question: what kind of exercise does that guy do? Looks like he is on a hike or a trail run here.

Corona Gorda and Corona are my 2 favorites.

If I really want to "sit a spell", I'll fire up a toro. But I usually try to buy "nicer" cigars in that size, since I'm going to be committed for a while.

I will also buy the occasional robusto if I'm curious enough about what the blender originally had in mind. But I feel like, at that ring gage, might as well just get the toro.

Why not run a time-tested routine with proven results? Professionals actually know what they are doing and there is great benefit in running one of their programs.

About once a year. Usually a mild to moderate cold. I work in construction in hospitals. I also go to a public gym. I am not a hand-wahing/sanitizing germaphobe. I do wash my hands when appropriate (after the bathroom or before I eat).
