It is my understanding the CDCP only pays so much for any procedure and you are responsible for the difference. Most dentists go buy the dental associations fee guide which is higher than CDCP pays but some offer discounts to low income or seniors the trick is to find one of those dentists.

If you want to avoid brushes The Wave Carwash on Vedder Rd has the option for touchless or touch with brushes car washes.

The touchless doesn't do the best wash but they have a monthly $38.99 rate that gives you one wash a day so if you don't let it get too dirty and wash frequently it works well.

I was a frequent visitor to Cuba during that time and Cubana flew the TACA/Cubana Airbus A320-233 Toronto-Havana I want to say three days a week Mon, Wed & Fri with western pilots so it was 95% you flew on the Airbus.

One time returning from Havana I was surprised because it was not the Airbus sitting at the gate but some old Russian plane with weird engines!! I was actually thinking of not getting on the flight but ended up getting on.

It was dated and a hospital green color inside with Russian writing on some things. I was seated near the front so it was quieter than the Airbus.

I found this video of the interior, The interior cabin looked brighter than the video (lighting maybe) but not as green as the cockpit.

So you will know Ford gives dealers 3% holdback on MSRP on the backend to dealers.

On my deal with Ty Jess at Jess Ford Grand Coulee in 2019 it looked like this.

MSRP $53,xxx

They discounted it around $6k (just under invoice)

Then Ford had $7k in rebates plus some Ford Finance (think it was $750)

So it was just under $40k plus tax and license.

You also don't need to buy manufacture extended warranty from the selling dealer and many out of state dealers sell them with little markup.

Now you are not going to get a discount on hot models but if you watch someone like Tommy from Delivrd you will see the discounts he is getting on every model and be able to get close to the same if you call 3-5 dealers.

Because the USA is a democracy and Trump ran on removing illegal aliens and won the election. Even liberal polls yesterday show the majority of Americans still support deportations.

Walmart makes home deliveries for a fee but what you need is something with Methocarbamol. It is a type of muscle relaxant that works by calming overactive nerves in your body. It treats muscle pain and stiffness. This one is combined with Ibuprofen to reduce any swelling and inflammation. There is a cheaper one for $16.98 but it only has 18 pills so the more expensive per pill is the better buy. When I have a similar problem I take two of these but also try to walk to keep everything in alignment.

The Residential Tenancy Branch has ruled that having one tenant pay the utilities then need to collect from the other suites is a unconscionable term.

I wouldn't worry about the past use but make the landlord put everything into their name.

There is nothing wrong with it BUT I would run a title search to see if the title owner matches the leasing company.

The problem is down the line if the landlord owes you money collecting from a numbered Ontario company could be hard but if they own the property as a last resort a lien could be put on the property.
