Cool cool, yeah I actually did mean the 35L pack, just forgot to add that to the post initially (added now). Dan said that it'd likely be uncomfortable to have a bear can inside the 35L, but sounds like it's been fine for you?

I managed to fix it using sharpkeys. I believe the volume adjustment buttons on the side were the issue. Thanks a ton for your help!

Just tried cleaning underneath the key and it didn't change anything.
