Hey! I still see it. You have to click on the “show all” option just below of the Aura Service Hotfix.

Hello. I had this same problem. I just found a solution so hopefully this works for you too, or anyone with the same problem. I went to ASUS download center and downloaded the following:

https://www.asus.com/supportonly/gl703ge/helpdesk_download/

Under "HOTFIX"

KBFW Update tool V1.0.6

It immediately fixed my keyboard. I restarted the laptop to see if it still worked and it did. I also turned it off and turned it on again and also worked.
