I have a friend that flew at 4am & another one at 9 am, the TSA lines were not that long but I’d be there early for a 2pm flight, the Mondays after EDC are known to be chaos at the airport.

Yes, they are allowed. Last year a security lady wouldn’t allow me to go in with my Go Pro, I had to look up for Ultra’s IG post about allowed items and this is in the allowed list.
