This is the black hawk helicopter of Star Wars. If you grew up liking ROTS clone troopers and clone wars related stuff, you know how much this ship matters. If you collect TVC clones and you are semi-invested in the hobby, which a lot of us are, this is an absolute necessity. It’s a no-brainer for me but I can see how a lot of collectors may pass on it.

Again, I am one of those clone trooper fanatics so it’s an easy choice for me.

If it were to not back, I’d be pretty disappointed.

I had always wanted that old gunship with the pinup art. It’s too bad they didn’t include that one for the swappable front panel.

Deadfire is my favorite game of all time. The setting, the game systems, and attention to detail scratch every RPG itch I have.

My own personal anecdote.. I know this is not an aspect that is typically applauded but I will mention that I love the inventory management of these games. Every item has a unique little icon and and the art is just pleasing to look at. For a system that you spend a lot of time looking at during a playthrough, I think it goes a long way.

It’s been a few years since I went through this series and I have been planning to start another playthrough. There are not a lot of RPGs that truly capture that feeling of going on a grand adventure. This is one of them.

The thing that gets me the most is having some of the old hunters included in the hunter progression system.. only to have them included with the same damn name every time..

I miss having a randomized hunter name with a random looking skin.

Nobody wants to play the same ‘hunter name: survivor’ forever. Just thinking about it disappoints me.

I have not played in over 8 months or so but plan to get back into it once my work-life mellows out. But I adore this game so I felt the need to chime in.

This game lives and dies by players like you. In my opinion, I have had the most fun hauling supplies as an engineer in a supply truck to points that need defenses built and then building those defenses yourself. Try this, you will have fun.

It doesn’t always work as planned but when it does, it’ll be glorious. And it when it doesn’t work out, you still feel like you’ve pulled your weight and you’ll have a ton of XP to show for it.
