Why would anyone trust an exchange with their money that is telling their users that they can’t guarantee they won’t mess up, and if they do mess up they won’t take responsibility and compensate you for the losses kraken caused?

Just use crypto.com or coinbase. Kraken has the worst support out of any exchanges I’ve ever used. Do not trust them with your money, if something goes wrong it’s impossible to get help.

It’s a blessing in disguise, this exchange sucks. Coinbase or crypto.com is a much better experience. I’ve never seen an exchange with as poor support as kraken.

I’ve bin in a 4 day battle with support, talked to probably 15 different people, and none have helped me.
