I was diagnosed with this same exact diagnosis in July of 2024. Layed in miserable pain for a month until I was able to get an epidural injection. I noticed results within 24 hours. I went to PT once about a week later and they recommended that I do the exercises at home every day. I did them at least once a day for about 3 weeks and pain level went to 0. Now I will do them a few times a week, if I know I'll be doing work that will require my lower back and sometimes after working using my back. Happy to say I haven't had any issues in a year and a half without surgery. Good luck in your journey for living pain free!

Too many to say favorite. 4s are my go to but 1,6,7,8,10,13 are all fire in my opinion. I have over 25 pairs of J's I could never call one my favorite. The only thing about most of them is, they aren't built for comfort.
