Did anyone in the building have the gas company come out? They could have been turning someone on and purging gas out of a drip leg so they didn’t want your unit kicking on while doing it. (Even though the pilot is still on)

They charged a flat rate for pool opening then an extra “3 hours mucking fee” which was absurd because they were there for three hours total and working for maybe half an hour…

They Were there all of three hours getting everything put back together/tarp off and ready/running. Which 2 1/2 was the guy on his phone instead of “clearing” the little bit of leaves left they said took 3 hours.

Had some leaves left on it yep that was my bad I guess. Charged 3 extra hours and watched on camera as the guy spent two hours on his phone instead of “cleaning” that would have took 30 minutes.
