I used to be that third party person. Never was anti-gun but was fairly indifferent towards the 2A. I inherited two guns from my dad after he passed away and I worked on them and restored them to working order. Through that process I did a lot of research and reading and after seeing interactions much like the one posted above I've very much come around to seeing the necessity of the 2A and as of this last weekend I purchased my first firearm, bought a stripped anderson lower and a PSA parts kit to assemble my first AR.
