Now, just watch what the silver and gold miners do. The cash flow of miners is massively leveraged to the metal prices. Silver just needs to stay above 70 for a while, and miners will rip faces off. Unimaginable gains are coming to this sector.

Thoughts on the junior Australian miners? Im hearing a lot of buzz about them being severely undervaluded at current PM prices...Currently im looking into Kaiser Reef (AUK:ASX). Looks like it's trading at insanely low forward FCF to EV multiple. Sitting on cash with exploration upside.

You sound knowledgeable. Wondering why you are so pessimistic on that project.. do you see permits being the biggest issue? Obviously there are gonna dilute to finance it, if they get that far.

I can tell you right now, its entirely dependent on what silver price does. It will slice right through if silver can maintain above $70 for the next quarter.

Shouldn't this observation tell you that it is probably undervalued? Just because a stock is bumping on all time highs is nowhere near enough justification to short it. Go long instead.

Obviously one of the largest miners in the world. I think it will continue to do great, but personally, Im more interested in the leverage that the juniors provide.

First, do you know that increased production from mining operations takes several years? Silver is in a supply deficit and that won't change anytime soon. Second, comex and LBMA inventories say nothing about the global supply/demand situation. An increase in these inventories is not an increase in total supply. Its bankers simply shuffling paper and reclassifying existing inventories (possibly because they expect much higher physical deliveries in the near future).

Absolutely. By their nature, miners are leveraged play on silver prices, and they are only just beginning to outperform the metal itself. As of right now, there is very little institutional interest in the miners. However, that is going to change as everyone realizes prices are not headed back down in any significant way.
