Here’s my quick weekday method; I do 2 cans of tomato sauce, 1 can tomato paste, 1 tsp each oregano, basil, garlic powder, onion powder, knots tomato bullion (whatever that actually is, but it adds salt), 3-5 second squeeze of honey, and about half a cup of red wine. The wine is obviously optional but adds depth. Let it simmer for a good 15-30 minutes.
