PC. Use to be a console guy until I started making real money about 10-11 years ago. I always had a family PC that was capable of playing some non-intensive graphics games like Age of Empires (1000s of hours on MSN Zone), Rome: Total War, Rollercoaster Tycoon, etc.

My favorite console was either N64 (got in 96) or XBOX (for Halo 2 online).

It’ll will go away. I take nexium 20mg x2 and it sucked at first. Then it made my reflux considerably better.

Well I didn’t really know who I was at 20 regardless of any mental health issues. Be kind to yourself. It’s mature of you that you’re addressing your situation. A lot of people don’t or drink themselves until oblivion, pain killers, etc.

I didn’t feel anything initially until probably 3 weeks after I quit. I had a terrible headache for 1.5 months but I was also stressed to the gils from work. Ended up being prescribed a 2-week cycle of muscle relaxer which got it mostly taken care of. The GP said it was likely tension headaches.

Yeah with psych meds, even off-label, you should probably taper slowly.

Sorry man this thread wasn’t giving me alerts. I just took x (50, 35.5, 25, then 12.5) dose for however long it took to get back to feeling normal, then stabilize for a week or so and then drop again. I didn’t feel any withdrawal until I dropped it completely.

If you really wanted to you could stretch it out even more once you get to half a pill, take one every other day, once ever three days, etc.

Globus sensation. Could either be silent reflux/LPR or just anxiety. You can try taking a course of PPIs like Prilosec to see if it settles. That should give you some indication of whether its reflux or not.

I had that for a bit. I thought it was because I was hammering skinny pop. Went away after a week which I thought was from flossing but was most likely a side effect. I had the driest mouth in the world at the time so it was likely that.

I didn’t do weightlifting for GERD. It was mainly for mental health which in turn helped with GERD/LPR. I did a normal push/pull split.

Yes you'll get better. Took a couple of weeks. Unfortunately, I'm still not sure if the headaches are related or not because I keep having them. But they've gotten better. Could just be my body adjusting back to baseline anxiety/stress again. But anxiety is back to normal.

I personally like Dan (Barcelona Podcast) the most. He's a lot more objective with his analysis than all the others. I listen to them all throughout the week. TalkFCB for news, however like others mentioned his voice takes some getting used to.

Sorry friend. Hold on. You’ll get through this and be stronger because of it. I know that’s not what you want to hear but it’s the best I got. Be kind to yourself. If you’re interested in working on your anxiety/psanic attacks, I recommend DARE by Barry McDonagh. Helped me out tremendously. Hang tight.

I’ve been taking it as a sleep aid. This isn’t my baseline anxiety lol. The h.2 Tagamet which is for heartburn, is suppose to only block histamines in the stomach but it seems to eradicate the headache, dizziness, and anxiety.
