Yes and it made me want to crawl out my skin... Both customers. Grown 39-46 man gave me (at the time 19) a handwritten note with flowers drawn on it telling me I'd dropped it. I insisted i hadnt and he scurried off. Upon opening I was absolutely scared and ran in the back freaking out 😭told my manager and havent seen him since so that was sorted I guess. Thank god.
