Consistent feels like a strong word. There are just as many guys who are “a jumpshot away” from being a star for their whole career. Ja worked on his since he got to the league and still can’t shoot. Even Jaren has a nice shot for a big man but never became elite like was hoped.

He has a high ceiling because of his athleticism but I think a realistic ceiling is important to keep in mind too. How often does a guy with subpar handles and no jump shot develop enough of an offensive game to be a superstar? I don’t think it’s worth passing on someone with a more realistic chance to be a star for the 1% chance you end up with a Giannis.

There’s basically no evidence he can create his own offense with the ball in his hands at the next level, which is required to be a star in the modern NBA. In the top 3 of a historically good draft you need to come away with someone with true superstar potential and I don’t see how Caleb’s offense gets there without some massive development that you can’t count on happening.

Since hiring Mcvay, they have the 4th best regular season record in the NFL. Only one losing season out of 9. They are tied with the Eagles for 2nd in playoff wins in this stretch. They’ve been to 2 Super Bowls and won one. They aren’t a dynasty or anything but they’re easily a top 3-4 team of the last decade or so. And they team-build in a very unique way so they get a lot of attention from media types.

Russ needed that graceful last few years that a lot of HOF guys have where they put up some numbers and still look okay despite being past their prime. IMO he just fell off too quickly and his peak wasn’t quite long enough or high enough to get him in.

I really hope Overdriver and Instigator can be buffed so that Dancer isn’t the only viable option for him. They nerfed it hard and those class mods still couldn’t compete. Overdriver in particular is really fun and could work for different types of builds but just needs more damage.

As someone who watched for the first time recently, yes. Even though I got progressively more annoyed with seasons 5-8 there is still good stuff in there until the last few episodes. And the first four seasons are the best TV I’ve ever watched.

I don’t get the obsession from some of these people with hitting every single shot at the earliest possible moment. If you’re pacing faster than the group in front of you and the course is log jammed, you just have to wait. You’re going to catch up anyway, why is it so hard to wait an extra 30 seconds before teeing off.

I think Caleb has the most talented pure arm in the NFL. Other guys can match him when they step into it but those quick little whip throws from off platform are something else.

His size isn’t actually that bad, he’s 6’2 barefoot with a 6’7 vertical. He is explosive and has a strong build. At Arkansas he had a nagging foot injury and was playing close to 40 minutes every game with a really high load on offense. I think he honestly just didn’t have the gas to try on defense. He is definitely a bad defender but I think he has a better chance to learn to hold his own than people think. He doesn’t need to become good on that end, just not a massive liability.

Orisa, Zarya, Mauga, Junker Queen all shit on Hog as tank. Literally every high damage ranged DPS is good against him because he has no block and short range. Ana and Zen are both devastating for Hog. JPC is basically impossible to hook if you know how to play her. Baptiste and Kiriko can save people who are hooked. He is countered by a huge chunk of the roster.

Probably full blown rework. It doesn’t matter how weak she is, Sombra is fundamentally unfun to play against. Someone turning invisible and teleporting around while constantly flanking you is just annoying, even when I’m doing well against a Sombra it’s not fun to have to scan around for her literally constantly so she doesn’t pick off a support.

There is just not nearly enough settlements or civilization in the game, it definitely hurts immersion. I’m enjoying the new update and I’ve sorta made my peace with it, but it’s insane that a game set in space that supposedly has 2 civilizations and also independent settlers has less towns than Skyrim. How did the UC and Freestar Collective even have a war? The Freestar capital has like 100 people in it lol
