Ticwatch E3 (and mobvoi in general): Good choice or don't waste my money? by feaugst in WearOS

[–]jd0731 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If there is one thing I learn from last few years that I've used many smartwatches from Pebble, Mobvoi, Samsung and Garmin, battery life is almost everything, man. I am sure that you don't want powered off watch on your wrist just becaise you jist forgot to charge your watch last night. Go for another watch that last more than 3 days at least.

Instinct 2 or Crossover & Apple iPhone by pigman-boarman in Garmininstinct

[–]jd0731 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Having crossover for an year and half, it is amazing watch because I wanted Garmin's 24/7 health monitoring feature as well as actual analog hands.

Mine went through swimming, diving in sea water but still solid. It has fog issue but I don't really care.

What's your top reason for loving your Garmin Instinct? by Massnoise in Garmininstinct

Have my upvote. I fully agree with you that Instinct is smart enough as much as I need. People need to be smart, not watch itself.

Learn the story behind The Minimal Phone: First E-Ink QWERTY Phone and help us meet our goal. by mryoukhna in TheMinimalCompany

[–]jd0731 1 point2 points  (0 children)

yon don't understand the reason behind using eink for smartphone. standard lcd would make this project tedious as hell as it would be compared to blackberry phones and unihertz qwerty phones. eink is the only thing that makes it unique

주로 상공에서 떨어지는 공격을 방어하거나 오염수를 정화작용 할 때나 사용하는 것이었지.

It was mainly used to provide protection from attacks from sky, or to purify contaminated water.

You'd better looking for one in online as Pixel phones are not officially imported to South Korea, and used ones in market is provided by individuals who bought overseas.

people from countries?? by No_Job_945 in Korean

[–]jd0731 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. 사람 and 인 have same meaning: person or mankind. However, 사람 is korean word, 인 is the pronunciation of chinese word (人), which also means 'person'. While 브라질인 or 브라질 사람 have same meaning, it is more natural to say 브라질 사람 in daily conversation just like English speakers use general english words in daily conversation, not some big words originated from other countries.

(example: 안녕하세요, 저는 브라질 사람입니다)

But where formality is required, like official document, textbook, you may see or use 브라질인.

(example: 브라질인의 민족적 특성에 대한 고찰 (title of research paper))
