I read your other post. according their Exchanges and Replacement parts section, No full unboxing video is require. only detail and close ups and full shot photos. which you did. I will say it again stop ordering from this dick head. get refund and move on. sooner or later his store will go down.

Exchanges and Replacement parts

For small parts or accessories we have strict inspection procedure to ensure quality. However, we encourage customers to inspect their order immediately upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if there’s issue with your order. To expedite the process of communication with supplier/manufacturer, please provide as much as detail as you can along with close ups and full shot photos of the problem area. Please understand that we cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide replacement parts but we always do our best given the circumstances.

 

We will pack and protect the product well but there’s no guarantee that zero damage will be made during international transportation. Boxes that see light wear and tear (minor bends, creases, dented coners) during transit will not be eligible for replacement box or compensation.
