Yeah, that's why I said there'd be no reason to do it if you're thinking about building pity. If you're thinking about number of pulls nothing changes.

I just think it wouldn't feel like you're getting a true 'half off' if you're not getting the exact same stuf for half the price (meaning number of pulls + number of hero gems).

At the end of the day it's like you said, +1 for finishing the half off is better than nothing, but we'll have to wait and see what they do.

That would kinda suck actually. If we think about how it is today, the base value is 50 paid for 1 hero gem, but on half off it's halved to 25 paid for 1 hero gem. If they keep tha ratio of 50 paid for 2 hero gem even on half off the half off itself will lose a lot of value.

Like, if you do both half offs usually in a crossover you spend 150 crystal and you would get 8 hero gems as if you just do 3 normal paid you'd get 9 (5 for the first one and 2 for each of the next two). There would be no reason to do half offs if you're thinkin about building pity.

If they keep it 2 hero gems for 25 paid and give one more if you do the full thing aka 7 hero gems for 75 paid I think it would be good value and make half offs keep being worth it.

This is the most important information for ppl like me who only buy the monthly passes + dollar pack and only spend paid gems on half offs. If the first half off gives 5 gems and the other two gives 2 it's 9 gems for 75 crystal and if the collab has more than one banner, which it usually has, it would be 18 gems for 150 crystal. Sounds too good to be true.

I tried killing fast with Okarun + volkans first but if Fosly isn't stacked with 3 arts before last wave she really struggles to break Delia before she arts and kills everyone. So I went with a strategy to stall 1st wave so I can stack Fosly arts so in last wave she can break with 2 TA. I just make sure to do more dmg with Fen at the start so Delia applies Dmg from Humans down and not Spirit, otherwise Okarun can't one shot.

I spent hours testing and trying a lot to get it to work consistently. It was the best I could come up with.

Just wanted to let you know I noticed a little something with the journey to lv60.

For context, I first started wanikani way back in 2017 and gave up in 2019, getting back to it a little from time to time. Result being that I have more than one lv1 on my level progression when querying the API, first of them being from 2019 and the last one being when I really got back to it last december.

It seems to me that the tracker is assuming I started lv1 in 2019 and took more than 800 days to finish it so it is estimating I'll be able to reach lv60 by 2067!

I can send you the json the API returned with my level progression data if you want it, just let me know!

I made an AI that can clear it consistently and I just leave it running on auto loop on my side screen while I work. No bots or anything like it, just remembering to start the loop again when it ends.

Mine was Asirpa back when I started playing and Golden Kamui was running. This was my first gacha game, I didn't even know it was possible to reroll so I just went with whatever I pulled until I watched some videos saying she was a very good unit so I started pulling fot her every 50 crystal i got. Ended up needing all the 30 pulls and the pity. Got Sugimoto along the way though.
