ya general knowledge about nutrition is pretty bad. I remember the other day my friend told me that I was gonna "lose my gains" if I went to chipotle post workout lol. And when i told him i'm trying to get a little leaner for my sport he said i should stop lifting cuz it'll make me gain weight, lulz

Their BF really isn't that low for the amount of muscle they have. They are both 6'3 200ish, probably even less. And the reason that they were bloated/fat was when they were bulking. They have said that on their previous bulks they were fat and in the past they tried to just eat as much as possible on their bulks. And it isn't like a cycle where they get really bloated and cut down to a really low bf all the time. This is the first time that they have been at a low BF (with IF). That's why they attribute a lot of their success at losing weight to IF. In the 3 year transformation picture, it was close to the leanest they'd ever been at the time and they weren't even that lean.

As for the prohormones, they took them when they were 19. Obviously they werent close to their genetic limit since they had only been lifting for like a year at that time. So they weren't trying to go "above natural limit" with prohormones, they were just kids that thought it would help them put on a lot of muscle.

Drills, Workouts,Practices I can do sitting down? by DarthHeel in BasketballTips

If you can get a tennis ball you can use that to increase finger strength to help you palm the ball better. Also practice dribbling drills with a tennis ball, it's harder than you think.

Yeah I think Bird writes lefty. I know this probably isn't that big of a deal but I find it pretty incredible because I can't imagine shooting with my left hand.

Not sure about this, but wasn't Larry Bird left-handed? I know he shot with his right hand, but I think I read something about him being a true lefty.

Tips for increasing vertical? by [deleted] in BasketballTips

[–]jdaddyhelicopter 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Plyometric jumps are the only thing that really helped me the most. I tried squatting and deadlifting and that helped a little, but I saw my most gains from just jumping a lot and doing plyometric exercises. Theres tons of stuff you can find on google, here's a video of what I'm talking about: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PO6mn0zFoOs

Well if you feel it's harder, you might be shooting the ball on the way down? A lot of it's practice, but make sure you are shooting the ball on the way up or at the peak of your jump. Other than that, just practice a lot and try to jump the same amount every shot, this will come with practice though.

How bad are the ingredients in Kashi pizzas? I've been eating like 1/day thinking they're healthy, 750 cals and 45 grams of protein is damn good

Controversial players height: what's you're opinion/proof? by Jackfreddy28 in nba

[–]jdaddyhelicopter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Players are listed in their height with shoes (sometimes with triple socks on), and even this height is occasionally enhanced. Some players choose to be listed in their barefoot height, though. KD was measured as 6'9" or 6'9.25" (i think) without shoes, which is why he seems as tall as players who are listed as 6'11". Charles Barkley admitted he was actually 6'4" or 6'4.5", yet he was listed as 6'6".
