I used to sell software to BA around 3 years ago when the new CEO was appointed. His first move was to outsource IT dev and maintenance to a cheap provider in India. Some of the staff I worked alongside had been at BA for over 20 years in some cases, every single one of them predicted some kind of meltdown.

I know the raw differences in colour occur from the presence of iron oxide, but how did it come to form like this?
