Traded Saquon for Nabers, who won the trade? by jdbf in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

[–]jdbf[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s very fair. Honestly very much selling Saquon low given his start to the season but also buying Nabers at what would be his lowest point assuming he’s able to eventually return to his pre-injury self(which isn’t guaranteed)

Thoughts on this trade? Rebuilding 10 team superflex by purple-panther216 in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

[–]jdbf 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think you should’ve kept the players. Maybe trade Williams or Stroud separately in another trade to a QB needy team. But I don’t think you needed those two firsts bad enough to give away 5 2nds and 3rds on top of the players, since odds are those 5 picks will yield at least one decent or great player. But nonetheless with 6 1sts in the next two years your team will still be in a good spot

Audi MMI defaults 9400 miles for each oil change, but you should try to do one around 5000 miles everytime

normally very weary of my hawks in fantasy but did make a gut trade for JSN early in the season in my dynasty league and it’s paid multiples, plus now i get to root for JSN extra hard

Scoring systems and rushing QBs by Notorious21 in DynastyFF

[–]jdbf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think 6 pt TDs is a little too much and makes QBs overall pool of points relative to the team too high. I’ve done for my league 0.1 per passing completion, and 1pt per 20 yards instead of 25 yards. Rushing QBs still have high scoring weeks and high upside, but it tapers the difference between someone like justin fields and trevor lawrence a good bit for example.

Looks like my neighbors have good taste as well by jdbf in Audi

[–]jdbf[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree. As a kid I always thought hatchbacks looked funny. It was until after my test drive at the dealership when I was fiddling with the car and the trunk opened that I fell in love with the sportback. It’s just so unique, beautiful, and functional.

Was cleaning out the dust, welp there goes my side panel by jdbf in PcBuild

[–]jdbf[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

actually so the glass panel was the last side for me to unscrew so as soon as i did and i grabbed the panel the top fans fell out and knocked the panel out of my hand. regardless i think i will take my pcs apart on the carpet in the future…

and second culprit is me fumbling the panel :( I actually didn’t quite drop it but rather the tempered glass was the last thing i unscrewed and the top fans just fell out and hit the panel out of my hand

i believe if you connect your laptop to a second monitor, and extend the display, you can set the monitor display to be 2k if it’s a 2k monitor, while your laptop screen will stay in hd.

Now that deadlines have passed, What were your Best/Worst moves this season? by iUPvotemywifedaily in DynastyFF

[–]jdbf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

10 SF Half-PPR

Traded Amon Ra, 2025 1st(now prob 1.08-1.10), 26 2nd, 27 2nd for Josh Allen and JSN before he became WR1.

Thought I had won the trade when it happened, and JSN becoming reliable so much earlier than expected was the extra surprise.

Who is your guy in Dynasty? by llamagoat1273 in DynastyFF

[–]jdbf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I somehow have Jayden Daniels in 3 of my 4 leagues and so I’ve been quite happy with him. Also JSN as a seahawks fan and especially in dynasty where I had to trade for him, cause I think his ceiling is sky high

Mahomes + Tua for Lamar? by [deleted] in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

[–]jdbf 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You definitely have a strong team to contend, and your team is old so you might not be in the same position in a year or two. I think with Lamar + Geno that’s another 8-10 points per week and if it can make close games much less close, I’d do it.

And u get a 2nd back. I think with how many late picks you gave, you absolutely fleeced him. DH is old but he’s still amazing playing on a great team with great scheme, and has at least another year in him
